Shipping, Delivery & Returns

How much is shipping?
There is a flat rate postage of $4.95 for orders up to $199 (Australia wide)
Please contact hello@bellhopbags.com.au for a delivery quote for orders over $199

When will I receive my order?
We will aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days (unless otherwise advised).
Orders are sent through Australia Post and may take a few business days to be delivered.

Undeliverable orders
Please ensure you provide the correct address details when ordering. Bellhop Bags will not be responsible for incorrect details or for Australia Post delivery.
For undeliverable orders, a re-delivery fee will apply.

Is shipping to New Zealand available?
Yes! NZ wide postage is $10 for 1 set of Bellhop files and $15 for 2-3 sets of Bellhop files.
Please contact hello@bellhopbags.com.au for a delivery quote for orders of 4 or more sets of Bellhop files.

 

Is other international shipping available?
International delivery may be possible. Please contact hello@bellhopbags.com.au prior to placing an order for a delivery quote.

Returns
Should you have any issues with any of our products when you receive your order, please notify us at hello@bellhopbags.com.au within 3 business days. We will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Bellhop Bags have a 14 day return policy.
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you change your mind about an item purchased or simply wish to return it, you are welcome to do so for a full refund (less shipping costs).  The following conditions apply:

1.    Please contact us at hello@bellhopbags.com.au first for return instructions
2.    All returns must be unused and in their original condition (including all original protective packaging).
3.    You must complete your return within 14 days of the date of your order and you are responsible for arranging the return and all related costs. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4.    ‘Sale’ or ‘Clearance’ products cannot be refunded.
5.    The original shipping costs to you are not refunded.

When will I receive my replacement item/credit/refund?
We will process your returned product as soon as we can once we have received it. Once the return has been approved (the items must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging) you will receive an email advising how your return is being processed.

PLEASE NOTE: Bellhop Bags reserves the right to reject returns outside of the 14 day return period, or items which are returned that are not in their original condition and/or packaging.
